Returns and Exchanges within 30 to 60 days of receipt:*

Must include copy of invoice and reason for exchange or return. Please allow up to 1 week for processing. No additional outbound freight will be incurred on your first exchange. In some cases we can ship immediately with approvals.

For consumer show customers you must call for approval.

*Exchanges are good for 60 Days, returns must be done within 30 Days. If products are on Monthly Specials, exchanges/returns within 30 Days. Closeouts: exchanges only within 30 Days. So that we can process the return manually, and ship out your item immediately.

Currently we do not have a multiple shipping option. If you have multiple items going to separate shipping address, it is necessary to place separate orders. Or call and place the order over the phone.
